Isolation Notes

How to obtain one

Use this service if you have to stay at home because of coronavirus and you need a note for your employer.

If you have to stay at home but feel well enough to work, ask your employer if you can work from home. If you can work from home, you will not need an isolation note.

Long-Acting Reversible Contraception

With Dr Crick back at the surgery now, we are now able to offer Long-Acting Reversible Contraception to our female patients again,

There are several types but they all have one thing in common – you don’t have to use them every day or each time you have sex. Book an appointment to see which one is right for you.

Extended Hours have arrived!

From 1st July, 2019 we will be open late, until 8pm, on Mondays and Tuesday.

We are sure this will help patients who find it difficult to attend during the day due to work or study commitments.

Please Note

Entry to the Medical Centre AFTER 7pm will be through the entrance in Pankhurst House (formerly Tower 1).

Tower 3 has a new name!

Tower 3 has been renamed Pethick-Lawrence House after Emmeline Pethick-Lawrence, a British women’s rights activist and suffragette. We can still be found in the same location on Floor 2. Please find our full address on the contact page of the website.

In case you missed it!

We now have two nurses and a healthcare assistant holding regular clinics at St Philips.

From Dressings, Smear Tests, Health Checks to Smoking Cessation – please ask at Reception if you think you might benefit from an appointment with Eva, Laura or Lisa.

Register on line

Students at the LSE may now register on-line. Just click here to get started.
